At The Bohemian Store, each piece is handcrafted with intention and care. We follow a made-to-order process to ensure every creation meets our quality standards.

Dispatch Timelines
• Our bohemian brass jewellery is dispatched within 15–18 working days.
• Our home décor pieces, including large dreamcatchers and statement designs, are dispatched within 15–40 working days, depending on the intricacy of the piece.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a real-time tracking link via Email and WhatsApp, so you can stay updated on your order’s journey.

We truly appreciate your patience and support for slow, mindful craftsmanship.

Change of Delivery Details
If you wish to update your delivery address or contact details, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that we may not be able to process changes once the order has been prepared or shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
• Partial COD charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable under any circumstances.

RTO (Return to Origin) & Re-shipping
• If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal, the order may be returned back to us (RTO).
• In such cases, we will re-ship your order upon request.
• The customer will be required to pay both the RTO charges and the re-shipping charges before dispatch. No refund.
