Exchange & Return Policy

At The Bohemian Store, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with intention. As most of our creations are made-to-order, we follow a mindful and transparent exchange and return policy.

1. JEWELLERY – EXCHANGE & RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Exchanges are available for a different product of the same or higher value.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive store credit equivalent to the product value.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case full unboxing video is required.

2. HOME DECOR – NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE

All our home décor pieces, including dreamcatchers and statement designs, are custom-made and crafted on order.

• Therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted for home décor items.
• However, in the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve it promptly.

3. REFUND POLICY

• All approved returns are issued strictly as store credit only (no cash/bank refunds).
• Store credit will be for the product value only (shipping & COD charges are non-refundable).
• Store credit does not expire and can be used anytime.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES (EXCHANGES)

• Exchange shipping is chargeable, as it includes both pickup and re-delivery.
• Charges typically range between ₹150–₹350, depending on your location.
• You may also choose to self-ship the product to avoid pickup charges.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE / RETURN

Once approved:
• Pickup will be attempted. If unsuccessful, you may be required to self-ship the product.
• After receiving and verifying the item, your exchange/store credit will be processed.
• The entire process may take 7–10 working days.

6. IMPORTANT NOTES

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, self-shipping will be required.
